These terms govern your use of the Labexe platform. By accessing our services, you agree to these conditions.

1. Service Provision

Labexe provides a cloud-based Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). We reserve the right to update features and functionality to improve service quality.

2. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.

3. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you upload to the platform. Labexe claims no ownership over your clinical results or patient records.

4. Subscription & Billing

Standard tiers are billed monthly or annually. Failure to pay may result in suspension of service after a 14-day grace period.
