These terms govern your use of the Labexe platform. By accessing our services, you agree to these conditions.

1. Service Provision

Labexe provides a cloud-based Hospital Management System (HMS), LIMS platform, and Paperless Patient Health Vault. We reserve the right to update features and functionality to improve service quality.

2. User Responsibilities

Hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and patients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.

3. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you upload to the platform. Labexe claims no ownership over your hospital records, clinical results, or patient medical histories.

4. 6-Month Free Trial & Subscriptions

New hospital and laboratory registrations receive 6 full months of free service. Subsequent subscription tiers are billed monthly or covered through our ecosystem rewards program.
