How does the waived fee work?
If your lab generates activity through our ecosystem (e.g., ordering supplies from our marketplace, or sending tests to partner labs), our system automatically credits your account, bringing your monthly SaaS fee to zero.
What happens if I don't use the marketplace one month?
If there is zero ecosystem activity for the month, you simply pay the standard Rs. 1500 maintenance fee for that month to keep your LIMS active.
How do the inventory rewards work?
Every time you purchase reagents or consumables from the Labexe Marketplace, you earn points. These points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases or premium platform features.
